Maywood (Metra station)

Maywood is a Metra commuter railroad station in Maywood, a western suburb of Chicago, on the Union Pacific/West Line. Trains go east to Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago and as far west as Elburn, Illinois. Travel time to Ogilvie is 22 to 27 minutes. There are 13 inbound trains on weekdays, five on Saturdays and four on Sundays.
The station's parking lot is on Main Street between North 4th Avenue and North 5th Avenue in Maywood's business district. The official address is on the opposite side of the tracks at West St. Charles Road also between North 4th and North 5th Avenues at a local park. West St. Charles Road and North 4th Avenue terminate with each other at this park, which is also across the street from the Maywood Public Library. Pace suburban buses stop on North 5th Avenue and one block to the north on Lake Street.
